Karen started her insurance loss control career in 2005 and her environmental health and safety management career in general industry in 2000.  In 2013, Karen joined the Bouchard team.

Her role is to assist clients with loss control strategies to reduce injuries and claims. Most recently she provided seminars for Bouchard clients in Loss Control Management and Safety Culture enhancements.

Karen graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from State University of Fedonia in New York State.  She has earned the Associate Risk Manager designation.
