Michele began her insurance career in 1987 and joined Bouchard Insurance in 2000. Her current position is Agency Risk Manager for Bouchard Insurance in Clearwater.  She is responsible for creating and executing training programs for new and existing employees in all five locations.  She teaches classes on insurance coverages, industry issues, customer service, time management, business writing, and Microsoft programs.  She teaches many industry designation programs including the AINS, AAI, API, and CPCU programs from the Institutes and RHU from The American College.  She utilizes GoToMeeting and GoToWebinar to teach classes in various branches at the same time. She holds educational webinars for clients as well as employees.

She is the President-Elect of the Florida Suncoast Chapter of CPCU.  She is a past president and current Education Chairman of the Insurance Professionals of Pinellas, a local chapter of the International Association of Insurance Professionals (IAIP).  She holds the following professional insurance designations:  CPCU (Chartered property & Casualty Underwriter), CRM (Certified Risk Manager), CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor,  AAI (Accredited Adviser in Insurance),  AINS (Associate in General Insurance), and CPIW (Certified Professional Insurance Woman).  She is a Florida state certified CE instructor. Michele is a member of the St. Petersburg College Corporate Training Advisory Committee.
