Kelly began working as a large group employee benefits consultant in 2000 and she has been a healthcare consumer rights lobbyist since 2005.  In 2014, Kelly joined the Bouchard team as a Benefit Client Advocate.

Kelly’s focus is on self-funded benefit programs, total healthcare risk management and healthcare reform compliance. With experience consulting for hospitals, school boards, municipalities, sheriff’s offices, county governments, Medicare plans, public and private sector large group employers, she has been able to delve deep in to the alternative funding methodologies nationwide and knows what actually works.

Kelly has her AIP (Associate Insurance Professional) designation and has been published in the Tampa Bay Business Journal.  She is the past President and Legislative Chair Person for the Tampa Bay Association of Health Underwriters. Kelly is proud to serve as a Board Member and Campaign Chair for the Tampa Metro YMCA.

Fun fact: Kelly is a Florida native born in St. Petersburg, Florida. She is an avid reader and loves to spend time with her family.
