Dan began his insurance/Professional Employer Organizations (PEO) career in 2002 and joined Bouchard Insurance in 2006.  Dan brought with him years of consultative, Professional Employer Organizations (PEO) and managerial experience in the field of human resources. 

Dan focuses heavily on employment law, HR compliance training, and employment practices liability.  His understanding of employment law and employee relations allows him to offer exceptional consultative services. 

Dan has been a national member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) since 1997 and holds his professional designation of (SPHR) Senior Professional in Human Resources as recognized by SHRM.  Dan is also a decorated veteran of the United States Armed Forces, honorably serving in the U.S. Navy from 1985-1990.
