Ileane started her insurance career over thirty years ago at Altamura, Marsh & Associates.  While with AMA, Ileane held various positions from accounting through commercial account management, commercial management, PEO manager and agency ownership. In 2000, Ileane joined Bouchard Insurance as a sales executive, and became a partner in 2004. Ileane’s client base includes construction, restaurants, commercial real estate, manufacturing, distributing, consulting, domestic and foreign operations.

Ileane serves on the community advisory board of Clothes to Kids, a not-for-profit that provides quality used and new clothing to school age children from age 4 to 17.  Ileane holds designations as an Accredited Advisor of Insurance, Associate in Risk Management and Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist.
