Katie Dierks joined Bouchard Insurance in 2013.  She is an Advisor in the Private Client division of Bouchard specializing in high net worth personal insurance that focuses on affluent individuals with more complex insurance portfolios and exposures.  Prior to working at Bouchard, Katie worked extensively in sales and management with Fortune 500 Companies such as Merck and PepsiCo.  During this time, she had exceptional results in developing and maintaining key clients by creating trust and building lasting relationships. 

Katie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in in Finance from Florida State University.  She currently is working on the Certified Personal Risk Manager (CPRM) designation through The National Alliance for Insurance Education.  When completed, this designation will help Katie better serve her high net worth and affluent client base.  Katie is a graduate of the 2015 Leadership Tampa program through the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce and is currently an active participant of the Membership Committee for Leadership Tampa Alumni.  She also participated in the RedRock Leadership Systemic Foundation program in 2016.

She is a lifelong resident of Tampa and is involved in her community.  She has been a volunteer for Mary Lee’s House Celebrity Golf Classic and a Celebrity Recruitment Co-Chair the past three years.  Mary Lee’s House provides abused children with medical assessments, investigative services and trauma counseling all under one roof.
