Preston is a Vice President within the Social Service Division at Bouchard Insurance. He earned his first insurance license (2-15) in January 2008 and joined Bouchard in 2011. He is part of the ownership group of Bouchard.

Preston is responsible for partnering with organizations in creating and implementing strategic plans that will minimize exposure and satisfy both short and long-term goals.  He is well versed in healthcare reform and has spent numerous hours analyzing and preparing for its impact on the social service industry.  Preston earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 2002, and has obtained his professional insurance designation of Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI).
